• 240 age-restricted apartments with a high level of services
• Food and beverage, including a restaurant, bistro, coffee shop,
and bar
• Integrated aquaponic farm to provide healthy food for our internal
F&B operation
• Medical office space
• Art gallery, studio, and classroom space with an artist-inresidence program
