Avanath Development and OAG have formed a strategic partnership
to form AMOZI I. AMOZI I is designed for long-term investors looking
to invest in affordable / workforce housing with an experienced
sponsor. The Fund is designed to defer and reduce current tax
liabilities while providing an opportunity to eliminate capital gains
taxes while simultaneously improving low-income communities.
AMOZI I will acquire a portfolio of quality affordable / workforce
housing assets to be managed by Avanath Development.
